How to solve the problem of copper and aluminum wiring of transmission lines

If the copper and aluminum joints are as strong as the same material joints, there are several measures:

1. When the aluminum wire is connected to the copper terminal (for example, the aluminum cable is connected to the air switch), the copper-aluminum transition terminal (wire nose) is required. The copper-aluminum transition terminal, the copper-aluminum is cast and the contact surface is the molecular gap. There will be no drawbacks of copper and aluminum joints.

5. The aluminum is connected to the air switch: first connect a copper row on the air switch, and then press the fourth one.

6. Apply a small amount of white Vaseline to the aluminum joint to reduce the corrosion of the aluminum.
