Intel 25nm 320 Series Solid State Drive released at the end of the month

On March 28th, Intel will finally release a new generation of solid-state hard disks with 25nm process MLC NAND flash memory chips, designated as the 320 series, under the codename Postiville Refresh.

The 25nm 320 series will replace the existing 34nm X25-M/X25-V series. The corresponding prices will remain basically unchanged for mainstream consumer, small and medium-sized enterprises, data centers and embedded markets. Some of the final specifications are as follows:
