Structural principle and working mode of vibration motor

The vibration motor is an excitation source that combines the power source and the vibration source. The vibration motor is installed with a set of adjustable eccentric blocks at both ends of the rotor shaft, and the centrifugal force generated by the high-speed rotation of the shaft and the eccentric block is used to obtain the excitation force. The vibration motor has high utilization of excitation force, low energy consumption, low noise, and long life. The vibration force of the vibration motor can be adjusted steplessly and is easy to use. The vibration motors of JZO, YZU, VB, XVM, YZO, YZS, YZD, TZD, TZDC are general-purpose vibration motors. Can be applied to general vibration machinery, such as: vibration crusher, vibrating screen machine, vibration baler, vibration drop machine, vibration molding machine, vibration pile driver, vibration hoist, vibration filling machine, silo vibration arching anti-blocking Devices and so on. Widely used in hydropower construction, thermal power generation, construction, building materials, chemicals, mining, coal, metallurgy, light industry and other industrial sectors.

Different working modes of vibration motor

Vibration machinery has always used vibration motors as a simple, reliable and effective power. Different combinations of vibration motors on the vibrating body can generate different vibration trajectories, thus effectively completing various operations. The vibration motor mainly has the following trajectories:

Circular or elliptical vibration: The projection of the vibrational trajectory of the vibrating body on a horizontal plane is a straight line, and the projection on the vertical plane is a circle or an ellipse, and its vibration form is called a circular or elliptical vibration. A vibration motor is usually mounted on the vibrating mechanical body to produce this motion. The circular or elliptical vibration occurs on a plane perpendicular to the axis of rotation of the vibration motor, depending on the relative position of the vibration motor and the center of gravity of the machine.

Linear vibration: The projection of the vibration trajectory of the vibrating body on the horizontal plane and the vertical plane is a straight line, and the vibration form is called linear vibration. Two vibration motors of the same type are mounted on the vibrating mechanical body so that the two rotating shafts are in parallel with each other. When the motor is turned to the opposite direction during operation, the two motors are in synchronization with each other, and the body generates linear vibration.

Composite vibration: The vibration of the vibrating body is generated by two sets of excitation systems, and the vibration form is called composite vibration. Generally there are two forms of dual frequency composite type and double width composite type. Some special performance vibrating screening equipment uses two different types of vibrating motors with different speeds, which are installed in the feeding end and discharging end of the screening machine, so that the feeding end exhibits large amplitude and low frequency vibration, and at the same time The material end exhibits small amplitude and high frequency vibration, and the middle part of the screening machine overlaps two kinds of vibrations, so that the screening machine can play a more effective screening effect.

Rotating vibration: The projection of the vibrating trajectory of the vibrating body on a horizontal plane is a circle or an ellipse, and its vibration form is called a vibrating vibration. The rotary vibration can be divided into three types: flat-rotation vibration, vortex vibration, and complex-rotation vibration. When the projection of the vibration trajectory of the vibrating body on a vertical plane is a horizontal straight line, the vibration form is called a flat-rotation type vibration; when the vibration trajectory of the vibrating body is projected on a vertical plane as a slanting straight line, the vibration form is called It is a vortex type vibration; when the vibration trajectory of the vibrating body is projected on a vertical plane as a circle or an ellipse, the vibration form is called a compound vortex type vibration. The vibration vibration is usually generated by a vibration machine excited by a vertical vibration motor, and the vibration form depends on the angle between the excitation blocks at both ends of the vertical vibration motor. It is also possible to mount two horizontal vibrating motors on both sides of the vibrating device so that the rotating shaft is at a set angle, and the vibrating machine will also generate a whirling vibration.
