Judging from the current living conditions of most domestic packaging companies, there is a “latent law”: sales volume is less than production, and production is less than capacity. According to GLII data, the production capacity and sales of domestically produced devices announced by some semi-official organizations and research units were optimistic. 90% of the top 100 packaging companies in the past year actually produced production capacity equivalent to capacity. 60%.

The instability of the downstream application market is the leading cause of the increase in inventory products of most packaging companies. The main application fields of domestic devices are still focused on display screens, home appliances and small and medium-sized backlights. The market growth of display screens is quite limited in the future, and there are trends in display manufacturers gradually entering the package; traditional home appliances are affected by seasonality, and the market is very Large uncertainties can easily lead to an increase in product inventory; while the market penetration of small and medium-sized backlights is basically saturated.

In 2010, the proportion of SMD in the domestic packaged product line was still lower than that of Taiwanese companies. This figure is 1/10 of the average monthly capacity of Taiwan's top 10 packaging plants this year.

This year, domestic packaging companies have formed three echelons in SMD production capacity. The first echelon is headed by Guoxing Optoelectronics, with a monthly production capacity of 100-250 KK. This invisibly limits the company's investment in equipment and limits the scale of production capacity and enterprises. At present, domestic packaging companies are still difficult to obtain large-volume orders, even if they get large orders, there is not enough capacity to complete on time.
