Polyurethane rigid foam insulation material for construction industry is an important branch of polyurethane industry. It is characterized by multi-purpose, and has the functions of heat preservation and waterproof. These products have been used for 40 years in the European construction industry since the 1960s. Some countries have also adopted legislation to design polyurethane as a thermal insulation material for the construction industry. In recent years, with the rapid development of China's building energy-saving market, polyurethane rigid foam insulation products have been widely used in the field of building insulation and waterproofing, and have become one of the leading energy-saving products in the market.

Directly buried insulation pipes have become a relatively mature advanced technology in some developed countries. In the past ten years, China's heating engineering technicians have promoted the development of domestic pipe network technology to a higher level by digesting and absorbing this advanced technology.

In the next few years, the advantages of direct buried insulation pipe laying will completely replace the traditional trench and overhead laying method.

Polyurethane direct-buried insulation pipe is used as a building insulation and waterproof integrated material. Polyurethane rigid foam breaks the traditional building material function. Waterproof is not insulated, and the insulation is not waterproof. Once the waterproof layer leaks, the insulation layer will lose the heat preservation function. Compared to other single-function insulation or waterproof materials, polyurethane rigid foam has obvious advantages:

1. Polyurethane rigid foam has a multi-purpose function, and has many functions such as heat preservation, waterproof, sound insulation and vibration absorption.

2. Excellent thermal insulation performance. It is the insulation material with the lowest thermal conductivity (≤0.024) and the highest thermal resistance of all building materials in China. The thermal conductivity is only half of that of EPS foamed polystyrene board.

3. Polyurethane rigid foam continuous dense skin and nearly 100% high strength interconnected wall closed pores, with ideal water impermeability. The spraying method is adopted to achieve continuous and seamless joint of waterproof and thermal insulation layer, forming a seamless roof and an integral outer wall thermal insulation shell, which is excellent in waterproof and impermeability.

4. Super self-adhesive performance (no need for any intermediate bonding material), strong adhesion to roof and exterior wall, good wind resistance and negative wind pressure resistance; overall spray construction, completely eliminate "hot section" and "cold bridge" Flexible gradient technology can effectively prevent cracking of waterproof layer; mechanized operation, automatic batching, uniform quality, fast construction and short cycle.

5. It has stable chemical properties, long service life and no pollution to the surrounding environment. It is self-extinguishing from open flame, and it only carbonizes when burning. The size and shape of the carbonized layer are basically unchanged, which can effectively block the entry of air and prevent the fire. Spread, fire safety performance is good.
