iPhone 8 or use rear 3D laser system for AR function

According to foreign media reports, Apple will post 3D laser systems on the iPhone 8 to enhance better depth detection of augmented reality apps and achieve accurate autofocus.

According to Apple sources familiar with the matter, Apple is developing a VSCEL laser system for the rear camera and will integrate it into the iPhone 8 that will be released this fall. It is said that the system will be placed on the back of the fuselage, it is calculated by laser ranging to achieve faster camera focus. In addition, it can also achieve accurate depth mapping, which helps to apply on AR. According to the news, Apple tends to acquire components of the VSCEL laser system from Lumentum and Finisar, as well as sensors from the US II-VI company.

Pass the iPhone 8 rear 3D laser system

Apple is upgrading the iPhone 8’s augmented reality hardware and will also focus on augmented reality and ARKit in the latest iOS 11 system. In November last year, there was a message that the rear camera would use the new 3D camera technology. Leaked multiple design points, Apple will use an improved vertical dual camera, the front camera is expected to use 3D sensors to achieve the function of face recognition.

Sources also pointed out that this VSCEL laser system for rear camera is likely to be used on the iPhone 8, but whether it can come true depends on the progress of Apple's integration into the iPhone.

Standard BMS

As a rechargeable battery, the requirements are: high capacity, high output voltage, good charge and discharge cycle performance, stable output voltage, high current charge and discharge, electrochemical stability, safety in use (not due to overcharge, over discharge and short circuit Burning or explosion caused by improper operation), wide operating temperature range, non-toxic or less toxic, and non-polluting to the environment. Lithium iron phosphate batteries using LiFePO4 as the positive electrode are good in these performance requirements.

Multiple BMS Function

- Overcharge protection
- Over discharge protection
- Over current protection
- Temperature protection
- Short circuit protection
- Charging balance function
- Cell capacity estimation function

UFO Lithium Battery BMS

The Function of Communication Interface

● RS232 Communication Interface
BMS can communicate with the host computer through the RS232 interface, so as to monitor the battery information at the upper computer terminal, including battery voltage, current, temperature, state, SOC, SOH and battery production information, etc.

● RS485 Communication Interface
With RS485 interface, when the LiFePO4 Battery Pack is used in parallel, the main battery pack communicates with the slave battery ack through RS485 communication interface,so all the battery pack information can be viewed through the RS232 on the main Pack.
