II. Project Overview and the scope of tender
2.1 Project Overview:
The Yayangshan Hydropower Station is located on the border river in the Lijiang River Valley of the Lixian River Valley and the Pujiang Hani Autonomous County (on the right bank) in the Lixianjiang River Basin, Simao District, Yunnan Province. The dam site is located on the downstream of the junction of the Pujiang River on the right bank of the Bianjiang River. 4km away, 82km from Pu'er County and 429km from Kunming. This power plant is the leading project developed by Li Xianjiang at the 7th level, and it mainly produces electricity. Above the dam site, the controlled drainage area is 6,130 km2, accounting for 31.75% of the total drainage area, and the total storage capacity of the reservoir is 247 million m3, which has seasonal adjustment performance. The installed capacity of the power station is 120MW, the output is guaranteed to be 23.2MW, the annual power generation is 499 million kWh, and the annual utilization hours is 4158h.
The Tuka River Hydropower Station is located at the junction of Qushui Township, Jiangcheng County, Yunnan Province and Banpo Township, Luchun County, and is the last cascade hydropower station in the development of the Lixian River Basin. The straight-line distance from Simao City is approximately 138km. The main task of the project is to generate electricity, and at the same time, it will have comprehensive utilization benefits such as tourism, water and soil conservation, aquaculture, and shipping in the reservoir area. The normal water level of the reservoir is 368m, the dead water level is 365m, the total reservoir capacity is 0.78 million m2, and the adjusted storage capacity is 0.12 billion m2, which is the daily adjustment reservoir. The reservoir backwater is connected with the tailwater of the Golantan hydropower station. The total installed capacity of the power station is 165 MW. Three axial-flow propeller-type units with a unit capacity of 55 MW are installed and the annual power generation is 706.6 million kW·h.
Since the operation of Yayangshan Hydropower Plant, there has been a shortage of warehouses, causing the storage of materials to be more confusing. After several site investigations, it was decided to rebuild the warehouse of Yayangshan Power Plant.
The space between the maintenance workshops installed on the installation platform during the production period occupies a large area, which affects the appearance of the site and is not conducive to on-site operations. The distance between workshop pillars is about 6 meters, and the column width is 2.25 meters, which meets the requirements for ordinary shelf (1.55m wide) storage.
The 10kv room to the installation room is idle and has the condition of being transformed into a warehouse.
