Solid-state capacitance plant full capacity

The production capacity of solid capacitors was entirely supplied by the Thai plant. Because of the floods, the factory had not been affected. However, the customer was worried that the supply was blocked. The positive pulls occurred in both months, which has led to the solid state of October of Jinshan Electric. Capacitance shipments hit record highs.

In the past, due to a daily order transfer from the factory, the client began certification of Jinshan Denki's solid-state capacitor products. Recently, it began to place orders, making the company's solid-state capacitor order visibility to January next year, which outperformed the aluminum electrolytic capacitor product line. .

Jinshandian pointed out that although the solid-state capacitor factory located in the area is close to Bangkok, due to the high ground, the company is currently safe, and the original employees did not work because of flooding at home. After the floods are eased, the solid-state capacitor production line will come next month. With a full return to normal production, monthly output will increase to 50 million.

As the market worried about variables in the supply chain, and the benefits of the daily plant certification gradually fermented, other solid-state capacitor factories also felt that the client actively pulled the goods. The largest production capacity of Taiwan-based solid-state capacitors is that of Shan State, which currently has 100 million monthly production capacity. With full production capacity, the Wuxi plant will accelerate the establishment of the plant. After the completion of the next year, it will increase to 150 million, and the production capacity will increase by 50%.

At this stage, Zhibao, which has a monthly capacity of solid-state capacitors with approximately 15 million chips, is also fully loaded this month. However, due to the fact that there are still many variables in the market conditions in the next year, we will continue to observe whether we plan to maintain annual production capacity doubling.

Although full-capacity solid-state capacitors are available, the aluminum electrolytic capacitors production line is still affected by weak market conditions, and the demand is relatively weak. As a result, each solid-state capacitor factory still has a conservative view toward the fourth quarter.

The legal person estimates that the revenue for November, including solid-state capacitor factories such as Jinshan Electric and Zhibao, will have better than expected performance in November, which is better than expected.

However, overall Q4 performance should still be 5% to 10% lower than that in the third quarter. Among them, Zhibao's performance this quarter will be affected by the Suzhou factory's relocation, and the decline rate may be higher than 10%.
